Remembering Zoë Leiniz and Supporting the Leiniz Family
After losing their wife and mom to breast cancer in January 2025, the Leiniz family is now grieving the loss of 8 year old Zoë to a car accident in January 2026. There are no words that can fully capture the depth of this sorrow, yet we trust that God is near to them in this season of heartbreak.
In the days ahead, Joel will be focused on his own personal recovery, while also caring for and supporting the healing of his surviving daughters, Izabel (5) and Esperanza (11). Our hope is to come alongside the Leiniz family and help ease their burdens, creating space for them to mourn, heal, and lean on one another without added pressure.
